AI has moved from a side interest to the center of our work at TOPS Infosolutions. That shift reaches a milestone today: we are now Certified in the Claude Partner Network.

Claude, the AI model family developed by Anthropic, is one of the platforms we build on. This certification marks a milestone along that path, and it gives clients and partners a recognized credential for our Claude skills.

This one belongs to the team

This milestone is the result of hard work by our team. Our developers put in the time to earn their Claude certifications on top of their day-to-day client work.

It helps to know how these credentials work. Claude certifications belong to individuals, not companies, and they are earned through exams run by Anthropic’s Partner Academy. In other words, a firm’s certified status rests on what its own people have studied and been tested on.

What is the Claude Partner Network?

The Claude Partner Network is how Anthropic works with the firms that put Claude into production for customers. The Services Track recognizes partners for building a certified delivery team, delivering Claude use cases for clients, and proving the work through public customer references. Partners advance through Certified, Select, Preferred, and Global Premier tiers.

You can learn more about the program at claude.com/partners.

For businesses, the practical value of a program like this is clarity. AI projects involve more than using Claude. They call for decisions about which model to use, how it connects with existing systems, and how the solution will be maintained after launch.

A partner network gives buyers a shared reference point: which firms have people certified on Claude, and what kind of work the program expects partners to build toward. We are Certified in the Claude Partner Network, and the program page is the best place to see how the tiers are defined.

What this means for our clients

If you hire Claude developers from us on an AI project, you are working with a team whose people hold Claude certifications. In practice, that means:

  • A certified delivery team: The people designing and building your solution have been trained and certified on Claude. That shared foundation makes it easier to scope work realistically, choose the right approach, and avoid pitfalls that are familiar to people who have studied the platform.
  • A focus on production: The goal is to get Claude working reliably inside your real systems and workflows, not just in a demo. A prototype that impresses in a meeting is only the start. What matters is a solution your team can depend on day after day, with testing and support planned in from the beginning.
  • Experience across the stack: We combine Claude with the engineering we’ve done for years, including web and mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and integrations with your existing systems. Most useful AI sits inside a larger system, so this surrounding work often decides whether a solution succeeds.

If you are comparing AI partners, a few questions are worth asking any of them. Who will work on my project, and how have their skills been assessed? How will the solution connect to the systems I already use? What happens after launch? A good partner will welcome these questions.

What we build with Claude

Our AI work covers the full journey from idea to production. With Claude, we help businesses with:

Agentic AI: We build AI agents that can reason, plan, and automate multi-step workflows, such as gathering information from several sources, drafting a response, and passing it to a person for review.

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): We create assistants and chatbots that answer accurately from your own business data. Staff and customers get responses grounded in your documents instead of general knowledge.

Generative AI integration: We bring Claude into your existing apps, portals, and internal tools, so people can use it where they already work.

AI-assisted software development: By using tools like Claude Code, we help our engineers deliver faster without cutting corners on quality. Engineers remain responsible for what ships, and the work goes through the same review and testing as any other code.

Applied AI and automation: We connect Claude to your CRM, ERP, and other business systems so it works where your team already works.

Where you can start

Some businesses come to us with a clear use case. Others have a hunch that AI could help and want to explore the options first. Both are good places to start.

A first conversation usually covers the problem you want to solve, the information involved, and what a sensible first version might look like. You do not need a finished plan to begin.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

TOPS Infosolutions is Certified in the Claude Partner Network, which recognizes that the firm’s people hold Claude certifications. For clients, it means the team working on Claude projects has been tested on the platform through exams run by Anthropic’s Partner Academy. TOPS continues to build its Claude practice from this foundation.

Individuals earn Claude certifications, not companies. People take exams run by Anthropic’s Partner Academy, so a firm’s certified status reflects the skills of its own team members.

No. Being Certified in the Claude Partner Network recognizes that our people hold Claude certifications. It is not an endorsement of our services. The program page explains how the tiers work.

TOPS builds agentic AI workflows, assistants that answer from your own business data, Claude integrations for existing apps and internal tools, and automation connected to CRM, ERP, and other systems. Each solution starts from a specific business need.

No. Some clients arrive with a clear use case and others only with a rough idea. A first conversation helps shape the idea into something that can be built.

In many cases, yes. TOPS connects Claude to existing applications, databases, and business systems, so teams keep working in the tools they know. How well this works depends on the systems involved, which is why integration is discussed early in a project.
