That belief shows up in small, tangible ways through drives that bring warmth, essentials, and support to people who need it most. Everyone at TOPS is encouraged to take part in whatever way feels right for them. It’s less about a mandate and more about an open invitation, one that reflects the kind of people we want to be, both inside and outside the workplace.

These drives are steadily becoming one of the values we hold closest, an important pillar of the culture we’re working to build here. While we’re only a couple of drives into this journey, the intent behind them runs deep, and it’s already shaping how the team thinks about giving back. As we grow as a company, we hope this grows alongside us, becoming a bigger, more consistent thread in who we are at TOPS. What started as a promising first step is one we’re committed to carrying forward, not as an occasional gesture, but as something closer to how we choose to show up.

Warmth for Winter

Last winter, the TOPS team stepped out to make the cold a little more bearable for those who needed it most. We put together a blanket distribution drive for underprivileged families in the community, making sure warmth reached the people who needed it before the season turned harsh.

Footwear Distribution Drive

Our footwear distribution drive brought something as basic as a pair of shoes to underprivileged families who often go without, protecting them from scorching roads and rough terrain. Proof that giving back doesn’t need a grand gesture, just the right one at the right time.

Breathe India Campaign

When the second wave of COVID-19 put immense pressure on healthcare systems, the TOPS team came together to support those who needed help the most. Through a community-driven initiative, we arranged oxygen concentrators for patients requiring oxygen support at home, helping families access timely care during a critical time.

The equipment was shared with patients on a returnable basis so it could continue helping others. It was a small effort with one simple goal: to stand by our community when it mattered most.
