This app concept is not just limited to real-time access to progress notes builder, we developed accurate calculators for complex estimates that help make the decision-making and collaboration much more efficient for Therapists.

Bottlenecks We Encountered
- Building a cloud-based progress notes generator that feels personalized for each Therapist was a challenge as it involved deep diving into numerous documentation, forms, and more essential for Therapists to manage the business and clinical side of workflows.
- Implementing strong data security measures, access controls, and encryption protocols to safeguard sensitive data against data leaks, breaches, and unauthorized access. Data privacy, confidentiality, and client consent for the sessions required standardized security rules and accessibility features.
- Computing for multiple complicated formulas to get accurate estimates for GFE, taxes, and other deductions, calculating therapy session fees, out-of-network insurance reimbursements estimates, and more.
